Melissa Rosa is a Geospatial Specialist with over 10 years of experience in GIS and remote sensing applications in natural resource management, conservation and climate adaptation planning. At the NOAA Office for Coastal Management, she develops geospatial products and provides technical assistance to coastal managers, researchers, and GIS practitioners who work on coastal flooding, sea level rise, and habitat mapping along the West Coast.
