Feedback form is now closed.
In 2016 the City of Auburn, WA launched its drone program with 7 test pilots and a goal to implement drone flights into our daily workflow throughout the city. Through hours of flight training, FAA testing and regulations, and test flights, we have successfully created a full citywide program that utilizes every department and broadened our geospatial tool set to bring current aerial imagery, 3D mapping and modeling, high resolution DEM/DTM and point clouds, asset management inspections, an even wider range of marketing tools and tons more to the city. Now in the programs 2nd year, we have added new pilots to the program, and expanded our geospatial tool set to produce even better results. Join the City of Auburn as we 'explore new drone projects, to seek out new GIS tools and new results, to boldly go where no geospatial tools has gone before.'
