Four years ago the City of Bellingham switched from paper-and-pen to mobile mapping for the task of completing weekly water shut-offs for delinquent water accounts. This presentation follows up on a presentation 4 years ago and checks in on lessons learned and ways we've upgraded the process.    Overall the switch has saved the city at least $40,000 a year.
